Who this service is for

This service is designed to help individuals understand, reflect on, and apply their CliftonStrengths Top 5 results in practical ways.

It is not therapy, counselling, medical advice, financial advice, legal advice, or a guarantee of any specific career, business, or personal outcome.

Payment

Payment is due at checkout.

The price is £197 GBP. Any applicable taxes, VAT, or additional charges will be shown at checkout where required.

Booking your session

After purchase, you will receive instructions for completing the assessment, accessing preparation resources, and booking your private online session.

You are responsible for booking your session using the booking instructions provided and attending at the scheduled time.

Client responsibilities

To get the most from the package, you agree to:

• Complete the CliftonStrengths assessment honestly and independently
• Review your report and preparation resources before the session where requested
• Attend the session on time
• Take responsibility for how you apply insights from the coaching
• Provide accurate contact and booking information
• Treat all communication respectfully

Online delivery

The coaching session is delivered online. You are responsible for having a stable internet connection, a suitable device, and a quiet space where you can take part in the session.

If a technical issue on your side prevents the session from taking place, the cancellation and rescheduling policy may apply.

Preparation resources and reports

Any preparation resources, worksheets, recordings, reports, or written materials provided are for your personal use only. You may not copy, publish, share, resell, or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.

Gallup’s own terms may also apply to use of CliftonStrengths assessment access, reports, or platforms.

Intellectual property

Gareth Mills Coaching owns or licenses the materials provided as part of the service, except for Gallup-owned materials and trademarks.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable right to use the materials for your own learning and development.

Confidentiality

Coaching conversations are treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law, needed to protect safety, needed to obtain professional advice, or necessary to operate the service.

Results and outcomes

Coaching outcomes depend on many factors, including your reflection, participation, decisions, and actions. Gareth Mills Coaching does not promise or guarantee any specific result.

Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds

Cancellations, rescheduling, missed sessions, and refunds are handled under the Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have under UK consumer law.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

To the extent permitted by law, Gareth Mills Coaching will not be liable for indirect losses, loss of income, loss of opportunity, or decisions you make after coaching.
