How the 1:1 partnership is structured

How the 1:1 partnership is structured

The details can flex to your reality, but a simple structure is:

1. Initial conversation
   We clarify your context, responsibilities and what you want from an ongoing advisory relationship. We both confirm it’s a good fit before committing.

2. Regular sessions
   One 60‑minute 1:1 session per month (video or phone), focused on live issues, decisions and patterns in your leadership.

3. Between‑session access
   Light‑touch email or message access for key decisions or moments between sessions, so you’re not “waiting for the next call” when something important is live.

4. Periodic review
   Every three months we step back, review what’s changed, and adjust the focus to match what you need next.

This is not an open‑ended “chat”. It’s a structured, ongoing space dedicated to your leadership, decisions and wellbeing.

Group Leadership Circle (coming soon)

I am thinking of offering a small‑group version of Leadership Circle for senior leaders who want:

• A trusted peer group facing similar pressures
• Facilitated conversations on real challenges and decisions
• Space to learn from others as well as from their own experience

This will be a separate option at a reduced cost per month. If you’d like to be notified when it opens, you can mention that in your enquiry.

Complete the short Leadership Clarity Scorecard and receive a simple report highlighting your current level of clarity, the areas holding you back, and the priorities that will help you lead with greater confidence and purpose.

Investment

The fee for 1:1 Leadership Circle is £1000 per month.

This includes:

• One 60‑minute sessions per month
• Light‑touch support between sessions for key decisions or moments
• 90 day  review to ensure the work stays relevant and useful

There is no long‑term lock‑in, but I usually suggest planning for at least three months so there is enough time to see meaningful shifts

 I advise leaders, leadership teams and organisations facing moments that matter—times of transition, uncertainty, growth and significant change. 

Over more than three decades, I've worked across engineering, major projects, organisational transformation and leadership development, supporting senior leaders throughout the UK and internationally.

Every leader, team and organisation is different. Rather than applying a standard formula, I take time to understand your unique context, challenges and strengths before tailoring the support to what will make the greatest difference.

My role isn't to tell you what to do; it's to help you think more clearly, make better decisions, lead with greater confidence and leave your people, your teams and your organisation stronger than you found them.
