How Executive Renewal works
This is a focused 1:1 advisory and coaching engagement, typically over 8–12 weeks.
-
Initial conversation (no obligation)
45–60 minutes.
We clarify your situation, what you want to be different, and whether this programme is the right fit. -
Foundational session
90 minutes.
We map your current reality: pressures, responsibilities, stakeholders, and personal drivers.
We define clear outcomes for our work together. -
Regular working sessions
6–8 sessions of 60 minutes (weekly or fortnightly).
Space to think, process live challenges and make good decisions.
Practical tools and frameworks drawn from leadership, strengths and change work. -
Between-session support
Email or message support for key decisions or moments between sessions.
Simple exercises or reflections, tailored to your situation (not generic homework). -
Consolidation and next steps
Final session to review progress, capture what’s changed and set guardrails for the next 6–12 months.
Option to continue in an ongoing advisory format if helpful.Â

Why invest in Executive Renewal ?
Leaders often wait until they’re close to burnout, resignation or crisis before getting help. By then, options are narrower and costs are higher.
Executive Renewal gives you:
A protected space to think clearly about decisions that affect many people
An experienced partner who understands high‑pressure environments, major projects and organisational change
A faster route to sustainable performance, rather than pushing through and hoping it eases
This is not therapy, and it’s not a generic leadership course.
It’s targeted support for a senior leader at a pivotal point.
Investment
Most Executive Renewal engagements fall in the range:
£1,000 – £5,000, depending on length and level of support.
We’ll agree the exact scope and investment after your initial conversation, once we both understand what you need.
Who you’ll be working with
I advise leaders, leadership teams and organisations facing moments that matter—times of transition, uncertainty, growth or significant change.
My background spans more than three decades in engineering, major projects, organisational transformation and leadership development, working alongside senior leaders across the UK and internationally.
Clients value a calm, confidential relationship built on trust, independent thinking and practical experience. My role isn't to tell you what to do; it's to help you think more clearly, lead more confidently and leave your people, your teams and your organisation stronger than you found them.

Book a confidential conversation
If you recognise yourself in this, the simplest next step is a conversation.
We’ll explore your situation, what you want to be different, and whether Executive Renewal is the right fit. If it isn’t, I’ll say so and direct you to other resources to support you, whether we proceed with Executive Renewal or not.
