Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy

This policy applies to the Discover and Apply Your Strengths coaching package from Gareth Mills Coaching.

The package costs £197 GBP and includes:

• CliftonStrengths Top 5 assessment access
• An official personalised CliftonStrengths report
• Preparation and reflection resources
• One private 60-minute online interpretation and application coaching session
• A personal action plan
• Brief two-week follow-up support

CliftonStrengths and Gallup are trademarks of Gallup, Inc. This service is provided independently by Gareth Mills Coaching. It is not a Gallup programme and is not a formal Gallup-affiliated product.

Booking your session

After purchase, you will receive instructions to complete the assessment and book your private online coaching session.

Please book and attend your session within 90 days from purchase unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Rescheduling your session

You may reschedule your coaching session by giving at least 48 hours’ notice.

To reschedule, use the booking link provided or contact [insert support email].

If you give less than 48 hours’ notice, Gareth Mills Coaching may treat the session as used unless there are exceptional circumstances.

Missed sessions

If you do not attend your scheduled session and do not give notice, the session may be treated as used and no refund will be due for that session.

Late arrival

If you arrive late, the session may still need to finish at the scheduled end time. If you are more than [insert late arrival limit, for example 15 minutes] late, the session may be treated as missed.

If Gareth Mills Coaching needs to reschedule

If Gareth Mills Coaching needs to cancel or reschedule your session, you will be offered a new appointment time.

If a suitable replacement time cannot be agreed, you may receive a full or partial refund depending on what parts of the package have already been provided.

Refunds before the assessment or materials are accessed

If you request a refund before the CliftonStrengths assessment access, personalised report, preparation resources, or coaching session have been provided or accessed, you may be eligible for a full refund.

Refunds after the assessment, report, or resources are provided

Once assessment access, the official personalised report, preparation resources, or other digital materials have been issued or accessed, the refundable amount may be reduced.

This is because those parts of the package may involve third-party costs, digital content, personalised materials, or work already completed.

Refunds after the coaching session

Once the private 60-minute coaching session has taken place, refunds are not normally available.

If there is a genuine service issue, contact [email protected] within 7 days o the concern can be reviewed.

UK consumer cancellation rights

If you buy online as a UK consumer, you may have a 14-day right to cancel under UK consumer law.

If you ask for the service or digital content to begin during the 14-day cancellation period, you agree that Gareth Mills Coaching may deduct a reasonable amount for any work completed, digital content supplied, assessment access issued, personalised report provided, or coaching session delivered.

If digital content is supplied immediately and you acknowledge that this may affect your cancellation rights, you may lose the right to cancel that part of the purchase once access has started.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

How to request a cancellation or refund

To request a cancellation, reschedule, or refund, email [insert support email] with:

• Your full name
• The email address used at checkout
• Your order date
• Your scheduled session date, if booked
• A short explanation of your request

Refund processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method where possible.

Refunds are normally processed within 10 working days after approval, but your bank or payment provider may take longer to show the funds.

Exceptional circumstances

Gareth Mills Coaching may consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. This does not guarantee a refund or reschedule, but it helps ensure requests are handled fairly.

This policy may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the effective date shown above.
