What do I do ?

I am a fully licensed and certified coach and trainer of professionals around the world. I share my learning and knowledge to help them achieve professional and business growth.

What are my qualifications ?

For the first twenty years of my career, I worked in engineering, ultimately becoming an award winning project manager, winning the UK's Project Manager of the Year Award from the Association for Project Management in 2006. This industry recognition gave me the inspiration and idea to study my craft academically and so I then went on to study and gained a Masters Degree in the Development of Professional Practice from Lancaster University, England.

In addition to my academic qualifications, I then went on to formalise my coaching qualifications and on 2012, I became one of the world's first Gallup Globally Certified Strengths coaches.

I am qualified and licenced in some of the worlds leading psychometrics, including the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, the Thomas Kilman Inventory and the FIRO-B behavioural assessment tool. This allows me to select the appropriate tool to do the job rather than a one size fits all approach.

How do I do deliver my work to my customers ?

My qualifications and experience enable me to apply my strengths to my work and I aim to deliver high value and life changing insight for my customers, as they go on a journey of discovering exactly who they are and what potential is held within them.

My job is to spot that potential and show how it can applied to improve their lives and meet their goals.

In summary, I create powerful people. 

What sort of person would my customer typically be ?

This varies a great deal. My customers can leaders, entrepreneurs, business people, executives, professionals, project managers or leaders of businesses.

Sometimes my customers are a single person, sometimes they are teams and sometimes they are whole departments or organisations.  

What sort of service do I provide ?

Sometimes it is just one or two sessions, sometimes a programme or workshop series and for others, it is a continual learning experience. All tailor-made to suit the individual needs of the customer.

My promise

Whatever their journey my promise is to provide fresh personal insights, clarity and direction to their work and lives. I am a results person and always lead the way and ensure that we retain focus on implementation and simply getting the work done.

What about me personally

I'm married to my lovely wife Charlotte and we live in Cheshire, England. Our children are mostly grown up now but are always close to us.
